Requirements
  • 12+ years experience in a B2B Growth, Product Growth role or similar ideally in payments, fintech or digital platforms with a focus on network expansion
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans to drive network growth, expand market reach, and achieve business objectives
  • Experience with complex negotiation with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Experience working with, and learning new technologies quickly. A background in software development, product management or other technical role is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with global markets
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience leading and managing a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities

  • Located in or willingness to relocate to Los Angeles, California
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, measure, and iterate on a consumer-facing incentive program that will drive consumer demand for UMA across all of Lightspark-enabled clients
  • Work with Product to iterate on partners’ consumer facing experience to remove friction and drive more adoption and retention
  • Build, develop and execute strategic expansion and adoption of UMAs with Partners, developers and the open source community globally
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships that align with the company's growth plans
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring a high level of engagement, satisfaction, and collaboration
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track network growth, regularly analyzing performance and implementing improvements
