Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Four or more years of experience as a Data Analyst, Insurance Business Analyst, or in a similar role, focusing on analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, time series analysis, clustering, or classification.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and derive practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex data sets.
  • Ability to present complex findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise with insurance industry practices and metrics in one or more areas, including underwriting, claims, agencies, sales, actuarial, or financial operations.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
