Responsibilities
  • Manage claims from start to finish, keeping clients advised and ensuring a smooth process
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible settlements
  • Prepare and present claims documentation, responding to queries from insurers and clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our internal systems
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure claims handling aligns with company processes and regulatory requirements
  • Support reporting and management information to help drive decision-making
  • Stay informed about regulatory developments, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced team members as needed

  • Progress towards professional qualifications (such as CII) is desirable but not essential
