- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to PCAs to support compliance and high-quality service
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of visits, assessments, and staff evaluations
- Collaborate with agency leadership to maintain regulatory and clinical standards
- Supervisory focus with minimal hands-on care
- Experience in home health leadership or supervisory roles
- RN license in Colorado or Compact License (duplicate in requirements)
- Flexible PRN scheduling
