Responsibilities
  • Perform in vitro biochemical, immunological and cell-based assays, such as CBA, ELISA, MSD, and Incucyte
  • Conduct in vivo anti-tumor efficacy and mechanistic studies using a variety of murine models
  • Design, execute and analyze multicolor flow-cytometry experiments
  • Contribute to molecular design, protein production and purification of novel bispecific molecules
  • Present data at group meetings and to senior management
  • Prepare documents for regulatory filings, patent applications, and scientific publications
