Cross Domain Specialist

We’re looking for a Cross Domain Specialist to help us design, deploy, and maintain Cross Domain Solutions for an enterprise environment. As a Cross Domain Specialist on our project, you’ll constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. You Have:
10+ years of experience in Linux Systems, including RedHat or CentOS Systems Administration, in an Architectural design or Operations and Sustainment capacity
10+ years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions, including Forcepoint High Speed Guards, OWL Diodes, Radiant Mercury, or ISSE Guards
Experience with the design, deployment, and implementation of Network Security components, firewalls, switches, or VPNs
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree or 14+ years of experience in Cross Domain in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification within 60 days of start date
Nice If You Have:
Experience with VMWare ESXi, vSphere, or vRealize Operations
Experience creating tailored Linux Operating systems through Kickstart or PXE
Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies, including Chef, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Compliance Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
