  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10+ Years of related industry experience, whether in construction or design
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via conference, telephone, and email with internal and external stakeholders
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced sales environment and ability to develop trusted relationships
  • 5+ years of working in a fast-paced technology-driven environment is preferred, but not required
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales-based selling model
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Responsibilities
  • Function as the Civil & Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert for the Global Strategic & Enterprise teams
  • Build a brand (both internally and externally) and help continue to position Procore as an industry leader
  • Expectations of travel for industry events/conferences, and on-site support
  • Travel up to 30%
  • Identify where to up-sell cross-sell opportunities within our new logo/prospect accounts and customer base to prospect into and find new areas to grow on the C&I side
  • Partner with primary AE and CSM on account strategy to effectively position and sell into C&I accounts
  • Provide periodic updates on product capabilities, benefits/use cases, and how that translates into customer value
  • Responsible for delivering on Industry Revenue targets and visibility into performance, forecast, and attach rates sales cycles
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
