As the Account Executive, Civil & Infrastructure Overlay, Enterprise/Strategic at Procore, you’ll join our team and partner with our most experienced Account Executives to position Procore as the premier construction technology solution for the massive Infrastructure market. In this role, you will help our Business Development and Sales efforts, and partner with cross-functional teams such as Implementation & Customer Success, Solutions Engineer & Product, Partnerships, and Marketing Events to develop and execute our GTM strategy. This position will report to the Senior Manager - Civil & Infrastructure and has the opportunity to be located in any of our US offices or be primarily remote. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Function as the Civil & Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert for the Global Strategic & Enterprise teams
- Build a brand (both internally and externally) and help continue to position Procore as an industry leader. Expectations of travel for industry events/conferences, and on-site support
- Travel up to 30%
- Identify where to up-sell cross-sell opportunities within our new logo/prospect accounts and customer base to prospect into and find new areas to grow on the C&I side
- Partner with primary AE and CSM on account strategy to effectively position and sell into C&I accounts
- Provide periodic updates on product capabilities, benefits/use cases, and how that translates into customer value
- Responsible for delivering on Industry Revenue targets and visibility into performance, forecast, and attach rates sales cycles
- Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
What we’re looking for:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ Years of related industry experience, whether in construction or design
- Proven ability to communicate effectively via conference, telephone, and email with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced sales environment and ability to develop trusted relationships
- 5+ years of working in a fast-paced technology-driven environment is preferred, but not required
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
- Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales-based selling model
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
