  • Familiarity with cloud/SaaS offerings, and/or experience in the middleware market with strong technical acumen.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for understanding the organization's product offerings and aligning the business strategy with product development to design innovative solutions around integration products.
  • Leads the product through all stages of the product's life cycle including definition, development, release, and post-release activities.
  • Works in a cross-functional capacity to assist with product readiness.
  • Determines and maintains system/software requirements through an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs.
  • Responsible for environment set up and configuration to define use cases and user stories to support the product.
  • Evaluates and prioritizes requested product enhancements.
  • Supports rollout plan for new features/functionality, release updates and execute cross-functional implementation of plan collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Articulates customer needs / pain points into meaningful features, user stories / requirements and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Performs functional validation, documentation and able to communicate clearly with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acts as a primary contact to engineers, clients and/or partners as required.
  • Participate in the Agile process and ceremonies with the engineering scrum team.
  • Participates in projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financials (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)
  • Previous experience with SaaS, Cloud solutions.
  • Experience with indirect tax preferred
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Financials, including Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 preferred
  • Understanding the Software Development life Cycle and SAFe Agile
