Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of implementation leaders and individual contributors by sourcing, hiring, coaching, and mentoring talented individuals who deliver operational excellence and successful implementation outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and open team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, aligning Key Performance Indicators with company strategies and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including state administrators, district leaders, and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales process to understand customer requirements and develop effective implementation plans.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, leading teams through a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or challenges.
  • Champion a clear and compelling vision for implementation success that aligns with the organization's goals and inspires others to act.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation execution and effectiveness of our School Nutrition, ERP, Online Payments, and State Nutrition software solutions, ensuring the team delivers projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Oversee effective execution of standard project plans, resource allocation, and timelines, coordinating activities across different teams and departments.
  • Drive customer success by ensuring the successful adoption of all LINQ solutions and maximizing the value delivered to customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and advocate for customer needs internally to improve product offerings and service delivery.
  • Manages P&L with guidance & input from CCO
  • Measures and exceeds all metrics including Utilization, TTV, Backlog and margins
  • Monitor and report at the executive level on overall project health, timelines, identified risks and associated mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Forecasts revenue & resource allocation on a regular basis in coordination with Finance

  • Operational Excellence: Expert in project/program management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Six Sigma or equivalent), with the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder programs on time and within budget.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success managing P&L, forecasting, and improving margins; ability to align resource allocation with revenue growth targets.
  • Outcome-Driven Leader: History of moving critical metrics (e.g., time-to-value reduction, utilization %, backlog reduction, NPS gains) and delivering measurable customer impact.
  • Executive Presence: Skilled at influencing and negotiating with C-level and state-level leaders, managing escalations, and securing long-term customer partnerships.
  • Strategic Operator: Ability to balance vision and execution—can set a clear long-term services strategy while ensuring flawless delivery at scale.
  • Change Leader: Experience leading services transformations (e.g., onboarding → adoption → expansion) in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
