Lead a large group of stakeholders ranging from engineering, construction, procurement, operations, recruiting, supply chain & production planning
Lead program meetings, set up clear communication channels, engage internal & external stakeholders, document action items, and produce program reports to management and stakeholders
Analyze, prioritize, and lead through program risks
Hold team members accountable for meeting schedule commitments
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Be a key contributor in building out the Operations Program Management function including standardizing project kick-offs, project close-out's, executive reporting, project KPIs etc

Role Description

As a Program Manager at Form, reporting to the Staff Program Manager within the Operations Team, you will be responsible for driving to completion large, cross-functional programs across Form. These key programs enable Form Energy’s ambitious manufacturing scale up plans. In this role, you will interface between the Manufacturing Engineering Teams and NPI Operations Team to ensure on time Start of Production of novel manufacturing operation lines and New Production Introduction onto those lines. This opportunity is based out of Form Energy’s Eighty Four, PA location (Greater Pittsburgh Area).
