- Adhere to all sanitary and food safety regulations governing the handling and serving of food.
- Monitor meal preparation and ensure meals are served on schedule.
- Manage the tray line and meal distribution to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, revise, and adapt work techniques and methods for more efficient operation.
