- Evaluate processes and progress toward attaining goals and outcomes.
- Contribute to the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, evaluate personal practice, and maintain current knowledge and competence.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
- Use clinical inquiry and integrate the best available evidence into practice.
- Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to critical care nursing, ensuring care addresses patients' age-specific and clinical needs.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
