Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement leadership, Supply Chain management or related role.
  • Proven experience in driving supply chain improvements and cost savings.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, Lean methodologies, and data analysis and problem solving tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
  • Experience in the High Performance Compute sector is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve supply chain processes (procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, etc.) by developing and executing transformational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Implement Lean principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) across all supply chain functions to identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.
  • Create actionable insights to inform supply chain strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, data center operations, engineering, etc.) to execute projects and actions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and idea generation.
  • Communicate improvement initiatives and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and ROI.
  • Develop business cases and proposals to secure resources and funding.
  • Monitor and report project progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier performance, global events, inventory management, etc.)
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
