  • 8+ years of experience in the people space, and at least 3+ years of program management.
  • Previous experience as an HR business partner.
  • Experience with people programs: designing and implementing successful people programs and initiatives is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance management processes, ensuring they are effective, transparent, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide tools and resources for managers and employees to drive clarity, performance tracking, and goal setting.
  • Talent Assessment and Calibration. Develop and manage a talent planning framework - leading talent reviews that identify high-potential talent and prepares them for advancement.
  • Lead and manage the promotion process to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure talent programs drive employee engagement initiatives and are aligned with the company’s learning objectives.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives.
