ICBD builds and operates companies for founders. It creates a full operating platform that stays embedded from day one, offering hands-on support across leadership, IT and data, finance and legal, recruiting, marketing, real estate, and operations to help portfolio companies scale and become category leaders. Unlike typical incubators that only fund and launch businesses, ICBD remains as a long-term partner, embedding C-suite operators and a ready-to-use infrastructure to accelerate growth. Their approach blends startup culture with the resources of a large organization to drive rapid, repeatable market entry and lasting leadership. The company’s goal is to help founders turn ideas into fast-growing, enduring companies, as reflected in their track record of rapid growth and industry recognition.
