  • Bachelor's degree or related experience

  • First and foremost, you're a storyteller. You will draw the reader in and tell a story through content creation in a compelling way through a variety of mediums. The content you develop will compel readers to become customers
  • Apply subject matter expertise on identity verification and fraud detection to develop content that positions Socure as the single source of truth for identity and fraud solutions across all markets
  • Partner with Socure's Product teams, Product Marketing teams, and wider Marketing organization to build and execute content that is tailored to specific product, technology, and corporate messages, all in a way that converts readers into qualified leads throughout the prospect and customer journey
  • Lead development and sourcing of creative, compelling content across various mediums, including videos, blogs, infographics, emails, social posts, and more. This will require versatility at developing content across a variety of asset types
  • Oversee tracking, analysis, and reporting on content effectiveness and conversion. Use learnings to continue optimizing for prospect conversion
  • Repurpose existing Socure content for different vertical markets and specific campaign messages
  • Develop and write contributed articles, and repurpose existing content, for third-party publications and PR-related opportunities
  • Lead and inspire a junior team of content makers as they learn a new space
  • Learn and experiment with new AI content-creation tools. You'll be the pioneer of AI-based marketing content
  • Partner with head of brand marketing/communications to tell a cohesive and compelling brand story
