Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience (research, product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing), in a B2B SaaS environment
- 3-5 years of experience in fraud, identity verification, or a related market
- 5+ years experience managing junior content staff
- Understanding of enterprise technology products and how to communicate their value to potential customers
- Proven success at applying visual storytelling to your content development
- Self-starter mentality: ability to self-educate, build a strategy, communicate that strategy to get stakeholder buy-in, and execute
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Experience with optimizing content for SEO
- Experience analyzing and leveraging data and metrics to measure audience impact
- Capable of creating content for a variety of different mediums (blogs, video scripts, etc)
- Operate with a journalistic mindset. Have the ability to turn C-Suite and SME interviews and unstructured notes into thoughtful, compelling stories. Capable of delivering on aggressive deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Agility; you can handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of humor as a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- First and foremost, you're a storyteller. You will draw the reader in and tell a story through content creation in a compelling way through a variety of mediums. The content you develop will compel readers to become customers
- Apply subject matter expertise on identity verification and fraud detection to develop content that positions Socure as the single source of truth for identity and fraud solutions across all markets
- Partner with Socure's Product teams, Product Marketing teams, and wider Marketing organization to build and execute content that is tailored to specific product, technology, and corporate messages, all in a way that converts readers into qualified leads throughout the prospect and customer journey
- Lead development and sourcing of creative, compelling content across various mediums, including videos, blogs, infographics, emails, social posts, and more. This will require versatility at developing content across a variety of asset types
- Oversee tracking, analysis, and reporting on content effectiveness and conversion. Use learnings to continue optimizing for prospect conversion
- Repurpose existing Socure content for different vertical markets and specific campaign messages
- Develop and write contributed articles, and repurpose existing content, for third-party publications and PR-related opportunities
- Lead and inspire a junior team of content makers as they learn a new space
- Learn and experiment with new AI content-creation tools. You'll be the pioneer of AI-based marketing content
- Partner with head of brand marketing/communications to tell a cohesive and compelling brand story
