Responsibilities
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for prospective clients seeking information about CAI’s services
  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Operations to strategically position CAI’s services within designated markets
  • Working in coordination with the Vice President of Sales and Account Management to apply business development best practices
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Department to execute targeted regional marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of CAI’s service offerings and unique value proposition
  • Conducting research on prospective organizations and key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitoring local and international industry trends to stay ahead of market developments
  • Driving business growth by increasing value from existing clients while also attracting new customers
  • Representing CAI at industry conferences, meetings, and networking events
  • Mentoring and supporting CMs in developing their business development capabilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and delivering high-quality, consistent, and professional proposals
  • Identifying regional business opportunities that may have broader organizational implications and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize results
