Requirements:
Exigences requises : Diplôme universitaire en sciences de la nutrition ou un domaine équivalent*, ainsi qu’une expérience pertinente tant en pratique professionnelle qu’en enseignement universitaire en lien avec le cours, est requise. Connaissance de diverses procédures et techniques de laboratoire standard. Certifications SIMDUT-laboratoire et biosécurité en laboratoire valides.
* La personne candidate doit clairement démontrer dans son CV la pertinence de sa formation académique par rapport à la matière du cours.
Nature du travail : Mise en œuvre des principes théoriques appris dans NUT1544 Aliments et expérimentations culinaires (cours magistral). Préparation et remise en place du laboratoire.
Mode d'enseignement : En personne - Campus Lees / Type « C » : cours avec travaux écrits et examens qui ne peuvent être corrigés par ordinateur.
