Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and writers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Oversee multiple projects, stay updated with industry trends, and ensure consistency and innovation in all creative outputs.
  • Develop and drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience needs.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing, advertising, and branding projects.
  • Oversee all creative deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Guide creative teams in the creation of creative assets for digital, print, social, and video projects.
  • Work closely with creative directors and art directors to develop a brand’s visual design identity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and lead the delivery.
  • Present and pitch ideas with ease.
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth within the team.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into creative solutions.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the vision.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Establish clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for creative projects.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and provide solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Oversee the design and execution of high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of storytelling and visual design across all touchpoints.
  • Review and approve all creative work, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve creative outputs.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions.
  • Integrate new tools, methods, and platforms to enhance the team's creative capabilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization.
