As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, communicating, and executing the product roadmap for Flipp’s Channels Platform. You will work with a cross-functional team of product designers, engineers, marketing and analysts. A leader and an influencer, getting cross-functional alignment and driving teams to deliver compelling products that address shopper and merchant customer needs, on time and with great quality.

What you’ll get the opportunity to do:

Accountable for effective product backlog management; develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) and prioritize based on the overall product strategy and business objectives.
Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs & problems through data analysis, product discovery sessions, direct input from stakeholders and conducting research.
Develop and own the product roadmap. Work with internal customers to analyze the needs and align the product roadmap to strategic goals.
Frame customer problems to explain why improvements are needed, and how they fit into the product roadmap/strategy.
Work with Engineering, Agile Delivery and Product Design to function effectively as a cohesive development team.
Lead & motivate the team to consistently deliver high quality products on time.

What you’ll bring to the team:

3+ years of software product management experience taking B2C/B2B products to market and seeing them through multiple iterations.
Technical background, or experience working with technology products.
Strong analysis skills: Understands what questions to ask, where and when to ask them.
Excellent product management skills (discovery, delivery, optimization)
