Real Estate Intern

We are seeking a Real Estate Intern to assist with real estate projects and operations within the transportation industry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, strategic planning, and industry research to support Intelcom’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

· Analyze real estate projects based on various dimensions specific to the transportation and logistics industry.

· Analyze and provide recommendations on existing cost structures to improve profitability.

· Support operational teams by responding to their business needs.

· Participate in resolving ad-hoc requests from the management team.

· The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in architecture, structural engineering, interior design, design, or a related field.

· Basic technical knowledge.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong communication skills
