  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Demonstrated success leading a team’s technical vision and driving large cross-team initiatives
  • Eagerness to dive deep and become a healthcare data expert
  • Experience building production-hardened data platforms, with consideration for performance, scalability, reliability, and repeatability
  • Experience rapidly prototyping new product concepts, especially for enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of database fundamentals like indexing and SQL queries
  • Experience managing production services and designing smooth deployment processes, ideally in AWS
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, keen attention to detail and deadline driven
  • Build products that change the dynamics and incentives of the healthcare industry
  • Form deep partnerships with a cross-functional team of analysts, engineers and product managers
  • Manage the high stakes production environment, ensuring high availability/low latency and protecting sensitive data with rigorous security
  • Play a significant leadership role to influence Nuna’s product strategy
  • Work as part of a team, not in a silo
