Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the engineering and organizational framework for Relativity’s critical offshore projects which includes transportation of critical hardware and recovery of the first stage
  • Collaborate with vehicle design and operations teams on requirements, engineering development, and regulatory compliance for offshore shipping and recovery operations
  • Manage the engineering and construction of critical assets to support offshore transportation and recovery operations
  • Source, develop, and maintain key partnerships with critical suppliers and contractors
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key regulatory agencies and partners
  • Develop sustainable and effective organizational planning for the offshore team including candidate sourcing
  • Support testing and the operational phases of offshore transport and recovery
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring for employees to ensure an effective, inclusive, and feedback-oriented organization
  • Develop and analyze metrics for tracking operational and budgetary performance
  • Perform strategic trades and communicate recommendations to management and executive leadership
