Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in health-related creative work, with a strong creative portfolio and experience in concept creation.
  • Mastery of developing copy for large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives across online and offline media.
  • Strong conceptualization and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional conceptual and design skills, supported by a robust portfolio demonstrating ability across mediums.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape and online media technologies.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced creative environment and engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study.
  • Ability to develop thriving client relationships and lead creative presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling and effective English-language concepts and copy for advertising campaigns in the health and wellness space.
  • Craft communication pieces and campaigns across various mediums that communicate campaign messages and goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Handle projects from concept through final execution for existing-client work and new-business pitches.
  • Partner with an Art Director to develop creative concepts for marketing materials and campaigns targeting consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Write copy and other texts, including product descriptions; proofread, reference, and edit content.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality control of prepared content and communications.
  • Understand and apply channels in the one-to-one marketing space.
  • Use data intelligence to address communication challenges.
  • Make conceptual and strategic decisions across a wide variety of health-industry clients.
  • Take briefs, craft succinct and effective copy, write and format copy decks, and interpret brand tone of voice and language.
  • Develop and execute strategically sound creative for cross-channel initiatives.
  • Present creative work persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients with credibility, reasoning, and emotion.
  • Listen to and incorporate client and internal feedback.
  • Deliver fresh ideas and personality while working within existing brand voice and tone.
  • Conceptualize and write content ranging from white paper ideas and scripts to in-store signage, social media, and other formats.
  • Research competitors and the industry to identify trends and provide creative foresight.
  • Partner with creatives to make the idea, copy, and design a cohesive story.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and composure.
  • Develop original and strategic creative concepts aligned with client objectives and business goals, leveraging artificial intelligence tools.
  • Present and critique creative work with key stakeholders and refine solutions based on collaborative feedback.
  • Oversee project management from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Create and communicate a strategic vision that inspires creativity and dedication among team members.
  • Facilitate collaboration and leverage diverse perspectives to unlock the team’s creative potential.
  • Mentor and nurture emerging talent within the team.
  • Adapt to emerging trends and experiment with new approaches.

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction at $38.50 per share, representing a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price on 15 May 2026. LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. The acquisition will position Publicis as a leader in data co-creation, enabling clients to build more intelligent AI agents by combining multiple data sources securely. Publicis has raised its 2027-2028 growth objectives to 7-8% for net revenue and 8-10% for headline earnings per share. The transaction is expected to close before year-end 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
