  • Ensure all training materials are clear, concise, and visually engaging
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate employees on key topics
  • Use interactive training techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
  • Assist in creating e-learning modules and interactive training experiences
  • Support the development of performance metrics to track training impact on operational outcomes
  • Analyze performance data and feedback to inform targeted learning solutions
