Attio custom objects for outbound activity. OutboundSync can now write outbound email and social events to a single Attio custom object - so you can filter activity, build views, and run workflows once that data lands in Attio, not only read it as Notes on a person. OutboundSync, Inc. shipped the Attio integration earlier this summer with structured Notes for email and social events. Custom objects are what Attio is built around. With them, cold outbound becomes something you can query and automate inside the CRM you already work in. What you can do with Attio custom objects. Notes give you a timeline. The custom object makes Attio's workflows and views useful for outbound. Here's a simple workflow you can build once positive replies land as OutboundSync records: when an outbound reply is positive, check whether the person has a phone number. If they do, create a call task. If they don't, send an HTTP request to a data provider (for example gtm.ai, or any enricher you already use), pull a number through a waterfall if you need to, then create the call task - or fall back to a follow-up in the sequencer inbox tied to that send. That path is an Attio workflow on your records. OutboundSync's Attio beta still syncs email and social only; phone activity is not part of this rollout. The call task is something you create in Attio after the reply lands. What's on the OutboundSync object. OutboundSync, Inc. use one custom object for everything. You are not getting a separate object per event type or platform. At the Attio connection in OutboundSync, you provision the object and its attributes once. It shows up in Attio's left column alongside People, Companies, and the other default objects. Filterable fields cover the usual outbound shape: event type, platform, sequence number, to and from, contact details, subject, message body, and an app URL you can open to jump into the inbox provider. How to enable Attio custom objects. * Connect Attio as a Connected Account in OutboundSync (Attio beta is one-way and onboarded with its team). * Open Attio CRM Settings and create the OutboundSync custom object - or re-sync attributes if it already exists. * Leave Write OutboundSync records on webhook events on so each event gets a structured record alongside the Note. * Send a test event and confirm the Note on the Person plus one OutboundSync record. Setup details, required OAuth scopes, and troubleshooting live in the Attio CRM beta guide - Optional OutboundSync custom object. Example views you can build. OutboundSync does not ship prebuilt Attio lists or views. You build them on the object. One useful view is every email reply from campaigns: message body, email address, and the app URL so a rep can open the thread in the sequencer and handle it there. Another is social replies with the same jump-out URL pattern. OutboundSync, Inc. also have an upcoming feature called Reply Relay. It will let you handle email replies in your primary inbox and move those conversations over with a clean handoff. More on that soon. Transcript. 0:00 Hey folks, this is Harris Kenny, founder of OutboundSync, and I am very excited to share some Attio news with you today. 0:07 OutboundSync, Inc. has officially released support for custom objects in Attio. And if you know anything about Attio, this is really what the platform is built on. 0:16 Custom objects. Now, OutboundSync, Inc. released its Attio integration earlier this summer, and OutboundSync, Inc. started with just basic notes for email and social events in cold outbound. 0:24 Now, with custom objects, I'm going to show you how you can build great views, great workflows, and do a lot more with your cold outbound once it lands inside of Attio. 0:35 So let me move myself out of the way and show you how it works. Now, I'm going to pull up just a sample workflow just right away. 0:43 This is the most interesting thing you can do with this, in my opinion. Here's a really simple one. When you get an outbound reply. 0:48 And it's positive. Run an Attio workflow to see if you have a phone number on the record or not. 0:56 If you do, you can create a call task. If you don't, you can send an HTTP request out to a tool like gtm.ai or any other data provider. 1:06 Get a phone number. Maybe you run it through a waterfall or something like that. Get a phone number. And then if you do create a call task, if you don't. 1:12 Create a follow-up via email or via whatever inbox is related to the sequencer. These kinds of things are really easy to build now thanks to custom objects. 1:24 Let me just zoom out and show you how it works really quick. When you go to connect your Attio account in OutboundSync, you're going to define this at the account connection level. 1:32 And you will provision and create the attributes related to that custom object. At the account level, once you do that, you're going to see the OutboundSync custom object show up in that left column, alongside the other primitive or default custom objects, or excuse me, default objects that come with 1:51 your Attio account. Now, all of the attributes that OutboundSync, Inc. is providing that can be filterable across all of these different event types and platforms. 2:00 That's going to be baked in for you. And you're going to see tons of different sales engagement platforms and event types. 2:05 I can just show you a really quick preview of what's included by default. Sequence number, to and from, contact information, subject line, message. 2:15 OutboundSync, Inc. is doing this all with one single custom object, too. So OutboundSync, Inc. is not going to take up a bunch of space in your account. 2:22 Now, you've got all this data, you can run workflows, and you can build custom views. Here's an example of a view of every reply from email campaigns where you've got a message, you've got an email address, and then ultimately you've got this little app URL you can use to jump out to the inbox provider 2:38 if you want to go handle the reply over there. Another example would be social replies. Here's a list of example social replies, and again, and then you can jump over to the app URL and handle the reply there. 2:53 OutboundSync, Inc. also have an upcoming feature called Reply Relay. I'm going to be sharing more about that soon. That'll actually allow you to handle email replies in your primary inbox and then move those conversations over with a very smooth handoff. 3:04 So OutboundSync, Inc. is thinking about how do OutboundSync, Inc. make it easy for you to run this scaled outbound and work with your existing tech stack. 3:11 Really excited to share this new feature with everyone. Attio users, Attio is one of its fastest growing integrations right now. 3:17 OutboundSync, Inc. is going to be shipping a lot more for Attio based on demand. So keep an eye out for that. Really impressed by their AI native platform with a lot of extensibility. 3:25 And, uh, yeah, growth hackers love it. People love working with it and love building with it. And so OutboundSync, Inc. is happy to build too. 3:31 Shout out to the Attio team. They've been a joy to work with. Really, really great process. Find OutboundSync in the Attio website. 3:37 Marketplace, in the Attio app marketplace. Or go to OutboundSync.com, book a demo, and I'd love to show you how it works. 3:43 Thanks so much, and OutboundSync, Inc.'ll see you in the next one. Bye. (C) 2026 AI engine for marketers. All rights reserved. AI Marketing Tools Attio launches lemlist integration to streamline crm-based outbound sales. Attio introduces a new lemlist integration that enables sales teams to launch outbound campaigns, automate follow-ups, enrich lead data, and manage pipeline directly from their CRM. July 7, 2026 Modern sales teams often rely on multiple tools to manage prospecting, outreach, and customer data. However, switching between platforms can slow down workflows and create fragmented customer records. To address this, Attio has announced a new integration with lemlist, allowing sales teams to manage outbound campaigns directly from their CRM. What the integration does. With the integration, users can: * Add contacts to lemlist campaigns directly from Attio * Enrich lead information without switching tools * Monitor outreach activity in real time * Automate follow-up sequences * Keep customer records synchronized across both platforms The integration aims to reduce manual work by centralizing key outbound activities into a single workflow. Instead of updating multiple platforms separately, sales teams can manage prospect data, campaign participation, and engagement history from one place. Why it matters for GTM teams. For businesses focused on outbound sales, account-based marketing (ABM), and revenue operations (RevOps), the Attio integration offers a more connected approach to pipeline generation while improving data consistency across systems. As GTM teams increasingly adopt AI-powered workflows and automation, integrations between CRM and sales engagement platforms are becoming an important part of modern revenue operations. Availability. The Attio x lemlist integration is now available for teams looking to streamline outbound execution and improve sales productivity. #Outbound Sales #Sales Automation Stay ahead of the curve. OutboundSync is now in the Attio App Store. OutboundSync is now listed in the Attio App Store - Attio's public directory for teams that want outbound activity from their sales engagement stack logged on the right Attio person and company records. Gold-tier platforms Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, and HeyReach lead the Attio beta, along with more sequencers and orchestration tools. See the Attio integration page for current beta scope and supported platforms. Why Attio is built for flexible GTM data. Attio was not built as a generic CRM bolt-on. Nicolas Sharp and Alexander Christie co-founded the company in London in 2019 after pivoting from Fundstack - a vertical CRM for venture capital they had built since 2017. They wanted a customizable data model GTM teams could shape to their motion, not a simplified CRM template - a thesis Sharp put in writing when Attio raised $23.5M in Series A funding led by Redpoint Ventures. That goal still shows up in the product: flexible objects, lists, views, and workflows in an AI-native CRM for startups and GTM builders. OutboundSync carries the same idea into the outbound stack - activity from Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, and the rest lands as structured notes where reps already work. What the Attio App Store requires. Attio's App Store is not a free-for-all listing. Public integrations connect through OAuth 2.0, not pasted API keys. * Developers enable OAuth 2.0 in the Attio developer dashboard and configure redirect URIs and scopes * Users authorize through Attio's consent flow at app.attio.com/authorize and can pick which workspace to grant access * Access is revocable under workspace settings | Apps * Published apps are reviewed for listing content, code, and design assets before they appear in the public App Store; Attio targets completing reviews within one week OutboundSync is a reviewed public OAuth app, so Attio admins can install, audit, and revoke access without sharing secrets. What OutboundSync does for Attio teams. OutboundSync logs one-way outbound email and social activity onto Attio person and company records as structured notes during the current beta. Reps review synced activity inside the lists and views they build in Attio - OutboundSync does not ship prebuilt lists or views. The Attio beta is intentionally lighter than HubSpot and Salesforce: one-way only, less configurability, and guided onboarding with the OutboundSync team. Phone activity is not supported in this rollout. How do Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, and HeyReach connect to Attio? OutboundSync receives webhook events from each platform, matches the prospect to an Attio person, and logs outbound activity as notes on that record and the related company. Email platforms capture sends, replies, opens, and campaign context. Social platforms capture connection requests, messages, and profile views. These four are OutboundSync gold-tier integrations - the deepest product support OutboundSync, Inc. offer on HubSpot and Salesforce today. Attio beta is one-way, but they are the primary entry points for teams evaluating an outbound-to-Attio path. | Platform | Channel focus | Integration page | | Instantly | Email | Instantly + Attio | | Smartlead | Email | Smartlead + Attio | | EmailBison | Email | EmailBison + Attio | | HeyReach | Social | HeyReach + Attio | Full Attio beta platform coverage. Beyond gold tier, the Attio beta supports 18 direct integrations: Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, EmailBison, Brevo, Reply.io, Lemlist, Aimfox, Drippi, HeyReach, Mixmax, SalesRobot, Salesforge, GetSales, Ken AI, SuperSend, HotHawk, and Master Inbox. Lemlist and Aimfox connect directly - a step up from the earlier Master Inbox-only path. Lemlist covers email and social; Aimfox covers social outreach. Via Master Inbox only: Expandi, Salesflow, PlusVibe, and Ashby. Salesfinity is not in this rollout - call activity does not map cleanly to Attio's email and note activity model in the current beta. Other noteworthy apps in Attio's App Store. Attio's App Store includes serious revenue-stack neighbors alongside OutboundSync. Each solves a different job: * Mixmax - pushes Attio contacts into Mixmax email sequences via workflows; enrollment from CRM, not activity logging back * Outreach - native sequence enrollment from Attio record pages and workflows * Clay - enrichment and orchestration on Attio records; OutboundSync also syncs Clay sequencer activity into Attio * Hightouch / Census - reverse-ETL and warehouse sync for data infrastructure teams * Zapier - general automations across the stack Mixmax and Outreach launch outbound sequences from Attio. OutboundSync logs sequencer activity back onto records. Hightouch and Census move warehouse data. Clay enriches and orchestrates. That mix is why the App Store matters for full-funnel revenue teams running on flexible CRM data. Attio partners in its network. Outbound activity lands in Attio through OutboundSync. Agencies build the GTM system on top - pipelines, lists, workflows, and dashboards that turn synced activity into booked meetings and revenue. TAM to Target is a Gold partner for teams selling into K-12, government, and public sector - markets where phone-first SDR execution and the CRM infrastructure around it have to work as one system. Also in its network: The Deal Lab, where founder Kellen Casebeer is an Attio Expert, for outbound lead gen, GTM strategy, and sales ops across email, social, and phone; and HealthTech2Care for outbound pipeline in healthtech and life sciences. How to get started. * Find OutboundSync in the Attio App Store * Install and authorize the OAuth connection * Book a demo for guided beta onboarding * Read the Attio CRM beta guide Founder & President, OutboundSync 15+ years in B2B sales and operations. Attio vs. Briced: which AI CRM is actually plug-and-play? By Briced in Knowledge Published: Jun 17, 2026 You have probably seen both Attio and Briced described as "AI CRM tools." That description is accurate for both. It is also almost useless as a buying signal, because what each product does with AI is fundamentally different. If you are evaluating Attio vs Briced, the question you are really asking is: which one is closer to working right now, without a configuration project? This comparison is honest about both sides. Attio is genuinely good at what it does. But "what it does" requires setup time and some technical thinking before it starts reflecting your actual sales process. Briced does something narrower and works from the first connection. Whether that tradeoff is right for your team depends on your situation. What each product means by "AI CRM" Both Attio and Briced use AI at the core of the product. They use it in completely different parts of the workflow. Attio is a flexible CRM platform with AI woven in. You define the data model. You decide how companies, people, and deals are structured. You configure the pipeline stages and automation logic that match how your team sells. Once you have built that structure, Attio's AI helps you work inside it. It surfaces insights, drafts messages, and runs actions on the system you created. Briced skips the structure-building step entirely. Connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox and Briced reads your existing email conversations to extract contacts, identify active deals, map relationships, and generate pipeline stages. You do not configure anything. The AI creates the system from what is already in your inbox. This is the core distinction covered in detail in AI-native CRM vs. AI-added CRM: why the difference changes what your team has to do. Attio is a flexible CRM with AI capabilities built into it. Briced was designed from the start around AI doing the foundational work so your team does not have to. Day 1 with Attio. When you sign up for Attio and connect your inbox, you get a flexible workspace. What you do not get is a pre-built pipeline waiting for you. Attio's onboarding asks you to define objects. In Attio's terminology, an object is a record type: Company, Person, Deal, or a custom type you create. You decide what fields belong on each object, what the pipeline stages are called, what properties are visible in which views, and how automations should trigger and act. For some teams, this is exactly what they want. If you have a sales process that does not map cleanly to standard CRM templates, a blank canvas where you design the system from scratch is valuable. If you want a CRM that mirrors an unusual way of working rather than asking you to adapt, Attio gives you that room. But for most small B2B sales teams, "blank workspace" on Day 1 means a configuration project before you can see your actual deals. The common path looks something like this: spend an hour deciding on object structure, another hour configuring pipeline stages, add relevant fields, build at least one automation rule, figure out how views are organized. Some teams get through this in a day. Others spend a week and still feel like the system is not quite right. Day 1 with Briced. Connect your Gmail or Outlook account. Briced reads your inbox history, typically 6 to 12 months back. Within about two minutes, you see a pipeline. Contacts are identified from your email threads. Active deals are surfaced from conversations where something commercial was happening. Stage assignments are based on AI reading the actual content of what was discussed. There is nothing to configure before this view appears. No object model decisions. No pipeline stage naming. No field mapping. The pipeline is there because the data was already there, sitting in your inbox. What you can do after that first view is review what Briced surfaced, adjust deal stages manually if needed, and set up automations in plain English. For example: "If a prospect goes quiet for 5 days, draft a follow-up." No trigger-condition-action builder. You write what you want to happen and it runs. The result for most teams: you are looking at your real pipeline within 2 minutes of signing up. If you have active deals in progress, you will see most of them immediately. What a self-updating CRM actually looks like in practice covers what happens after that first view, as Briced keeps your pipeline current from new emails without any ongoing input from your team. If your deals are already happening in your inbox and you want to see them now, not after a configuration session: Connect your inbox free for 30 days. No imports. No setup project. The setup timeline in real terms. This is where the "plug-and-play" question gets answered concretely. For Attio, the time between signing up and having a working pipeline that reflects your real deals depends on how complex your sales process is. Simple processes: a few hours. More nuanced ones: one to three days of setup, testing, and adjustment. Some teams bring in a consultant. Some spend a week before it feels usable. For Briced, the time between signing up and having a working pipeline is approximately 2 minutes. That is not a rounding error or a marketing claim. The pipeline appears because it is read from your email history, not entered by hand or configured from scratch. That gap matters more than it might sound. Every day your CRM is "almost set up" is a day your team is either working without pipeline visibility or doing data entry into a half-configured system. The configuration overhead is not just setup time. It is also the ongoing cost of maintaining a structure that you built and now need to keep consistent as your process evolves. For the right team, that maintenance cost is worth paying because the flexibility is valuable. For teams that just want clean pipeline visibility without a CRM administrator, it is overhead they did not plan for. Where Attio is genuinely the better choice. Attio wins when: * Your sales process is genuinely unusual and does not fit standard deal-stage templates * You want to model custom objects beyond Contact, Company, and Deal * You have someone on the team who enjoys building and maintaining operational infrastructure * You need deep integrations with tools beyond email * You want fine-grained control over how data is structured, shared, and reported The flexible architecture is a real advantage for teams with complex data requirements. If you are running a consultancy where each engagement has multiple stakeholders and phase-based milestones that do not look like a simple deal pipeline, Attio's approach gives you room to model that correctly. If your team wants to build its own operational system and has the capacity to do that, Attio is a serious product. Where Briced is the better choice. Briced wins when: * You want pipeline visibility from Day 1, not after a setup project * Your team sells via email and you want the CRM to track what is actually happening in those conversations * You have no one to own CRM administration or configuration * You have tried CRMs before and the team stopped using them because manual updates felt like extra work with no personal payoff * You are a small team (1 to 20 people) without RevOps support The core Briced advantage is not that it is easier to configure. It is that it removes the ongoing requirement to keep a CRM updated. Once your inbox is connected, Briced reads new emails as they arrive and keeps deals current automatically. There is no discipline gap between what is in the CRM and what is actually happening in your sales conversations. This is why Briced's customers often come from one of two places: teams switching away from heavier platforms after discovering the real cost of HubSpot for a 5-person sales team, or teams that tried lighter tools and found the pipeline was never current because nobody was updating it. HubSpot alternatives for small B2B teams in 2026 covers the wider comparison if you are evaluating more than two options. The honest summary. Attio vs Briced is not a question of which product is better built. Both are well-designed for their intended use case. It is a question of what "plug-and-play" means to you. If plug-and-play means having a system that reflects your exact sales process once you have built and configured it, Attio delivers that. The setup time is real, but so is the flexibility on the other side of it. If plug-and-play means seeing your actual pipeline within minutes of signing up, Briced delivers that. The tradeoff is that you get less structural flexibility in exchange for getting started without a configuration project. For most small B2B sales teams that have watched CRM implementations stall before the team even started using them, the question is not "which one can we configure?" It is "which one will we actually use six months from now?" That is where the inbox-first approach tends to hold up. What is an AI CRM and how it actually works is worth reading if you want to understand the broader category before committing to either product. If you want to be selling in 2 minutes, not configuring for 2 days: Start a free 30-day trial of Briced and see what your pipeline looks like from your inbox today.
