Turkish learning technology company Enocta has been acquired by Aquila, a firm specialising in long-term investments in vertical market software companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. This marks Aquila's first investment in Turkey. Founded in 1999, Enocta serves over 550 organisations, more than 70 business partners, and 3.5 million users. The company offers learning and development management, digital content, performance management, competency management, and AI-powered development solutions on a single platform. Aquila operates in over 160 countries as part of a global group listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The firm supports portfolio companies whilst preserving their teams, culture, and operational independence. Federico Marturano, Senior Portfolio Manager at Aquila, highlighted Enocta's expertise, innovative products, and strong customer relationships.
