Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of thermal, electrical, and photovoltaic installations.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and sensitivity toward their application in business environments, with a focus on process optimization and decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Organize, plan, and supervise work within the scope of contracts signed with clients, while controlling the associated profit and loss account.
  • Monitor and control the financial performance of assigned contracts and works by preparing initial budgets, revisions, and monthly closings.
  • Track the energy performance of contracts that include this service, analyze deviations, propose corrective measures, ensure the proper operation of telemeasurement and remote-management equipment, and review and validate energy-price revisions.
  • Organize and optimize operations.
  • Manage assigned personnel, including payroll incidents, workforce organization, and hiring.
  • Act as the liaison with clients, suppliers, and company support departments.
  • Provide periodic client reports, prepare service-performance tracking reports, update inventory databases, and prepare budgets and improvement proposals.
  • Monitor and ensure service-performance levels.
  • Collaborate on and prepare reports for audit processes.
  • Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with company procedures, including purchasing, occupational risk prevention, and quality procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
  • Energy Manager certification or EVO Technician certification.
  • Knowledge of air-conditioning, heating, domestic hot-water, control-system, and energy-market installations.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
