Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years related auction or art market experience
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, research, and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities
  • Implement and lead strategic efforts to identify prospective buyers/sellers for auction and private sales
  • Support pre-sale targeting initiatives
  • Support post-sale activities
  • Create PowerPoint presentations/project decks
  • Creation of team meeting briefs and high-level presentations
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of client information in CRM
  • Regularly create and maintain client lists on Excel and Google Sheets
  • Identify cross-category opportunities to promote Luxury Departments
  • Play an active, strategic role in seated events
  • Use available resources to identify client opportunities
  • Regularly review Collector/Rich lists to ensure accuracy of client data
