  • Work independently as a growth marketer while collaborating within a cross-functional team
  • Solid project management and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability
  • Knowledge of Email marketing tools, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Photoshop, and Social Media platforms/systems
  • Proficient with Analytics
  • 3+ years' experience in growth marketing
Responsibilities
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns across all types of channels
  • Work with a small cross functional team (Product, Design, Engineering, Sales) to evaluate product market fit and make decisions on when and how to scale new products
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement
  • Manage social media campaigns/content for G2 Labs products (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Analyze data to monitor user acquisition funnels and uncover areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
