Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee day-to-day team operations, drive performance, and ensure team goals align with company objectives. Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance and quality targets

• Organize daily workflow, delegate tasks, and manage workload distribution

• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

• Resolve conflicts and handle employee concerns with professionalism

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

• Report team progress and key performance indicators to senior management
