Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing, B2B marketing experience is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus but not required
  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus)
  • Basic analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Marketing leadership to bring the local market strategy to life in the UK, while building a new market strategy for the Netherlands, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors
  • Own key initiatives to bring the strategy to life, such as Pinterest-owned or third party events, webinars, partnerships, success story creation etc
  • Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally
  • Manage the measurement of local marketing activations and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, measurement and the wider marketing team
