Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering on new product applications and cross sell opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales target.
  • Nurture website and marketing campaign leads and follow-up on quotations.
  • Coordinate the fulfilment of customer requirements (technical support, training, sales collateral, etc.).
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales Operations to provide best in class service to customers.
