  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or technology field of study with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Technical subject matter expertise, demonstrated recently through direct program experience within the past 5 years, in one or more of the following subject areas: AI/ML, enterprise IT engineering and O&M (services, compute/store infrastructure, end points, etc.), network engineering and O&M, user experience design and UI development, Cloud, and DevSecOps.
  • Proven track record of leveraging broad technology expertise to develop technology solutions for AI/ML, Enterprise IT, DevSecOps, Cloud, Data, Application transformation and modernization, and Cyber
  • Experience working as a senior member of a strategic growth team to lead and develop technical solution architectures.
  • Experience crafting technical responses, roadmaps, and custom solutions for National Security and/or Intelligence Community customers and missions.
  • Expertise writing and reviewing whitepapers, proposal sections, and orals presentations.
  • Excel building, leading, and empowering other technologists.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills including a strong ability to engage effectively with customer decision makers at all levels through presentations and interactive dialogues.
Responsibilities
  • Technical Fellows maintain a pulse on MetroStar's current and future portfolios.
  • Engage across the operations, growth, and solutions excellence teams to craft technology strategies
  • Contribute to top tier account plans and strategic opportunities
  • Develop white papers and pitches that support operations with organic growth
  • Provide hands-on customer delivery and support across a wide variety of technical areas
  • Partner with MetroStar’s internal Research & Development team to identify new and innovative use cases for AI/ML, DevSecOps, and software development workloads
  • Serve as an industry SME speaking at events and publishing thought leadership pieces
