The Opportunity
As our SDR Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales organization, leading and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline growth and support our ambitious revenue goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our sales development function and make a significant impact on our company’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Jump into a player coach role: lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets
- Develop and implement effective sales development strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize pipeline generation
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of outbound efforts
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the SDR team, tracking key metrics and providing regular feedback
- Conduct ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of your team
- Analyze team performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new SDRs as the team expands
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff process and strong pipeline management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving sales methodologies
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling SDR teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with nice to have experience in IT/security
- Experience with sales tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, and other prospecting platforms)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Data-driven approach to decision making and performance management
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
