The Regional Clinician Operations Leader plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of clinical and business excellence within their regional clinical network. With clinical and business oversight of a leadership team responsible for over 1,000 clinicians in their region, this leader has ultimate responsibility for operations and business success in their market. An inspiring coach and leader of people, the Regional Clinician Operations Leader is focused on building and developing a team of Operational Managers who develop a clinician team that consistently delivers unparalleled care and patient connection. Specifically, this leader partners with and coaches their team to deliver on the core business with excellence, embrace change in an evolving healthcare ecosystem, and launch new products, programs, and services to keep our communities healthy. The Regional Clinician Operations Leader, brings deep knowledge of how to develop strategies to improve key operational metrics to help their teams identify and address performance opportunities and grow the top-line through the delivery of clinical services. This individual is responsible for collaborating and partnering with clinical and operational leadership to ensure our provider network abides by all legal and regulatory guidelines with safety of our colleagues and patients top of mind.
This role will report to our Vice President, Clinical Operations.
What will you do?
To enable sustainable market success, the Regional Clinician Operations Leader is specifically responsible to:
- Lead a team of Operations Managers that directly supervise a clinician network of over 1,000 clinicians that complete in-home and video (virtual) evaluations and support the enhancement of Signify’s Service Delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, including overseeing the development of Operations Managers.
- Set the Regional talent agenda for clinicians, including oversight to ensure an appropriate staffing pipeline, and succession planning in partnership with Capacity Management Leader.
- Manage and maintain the clinical workforce within the region to meet Regional KPIs.
- Guide and support your team in day-to-day management, with focus on meeting client expectations without compromising clinical quality.
- Set and communicate organizational priorities, based on Corporate and Regional direction; ensure the team understands the "why" behind new initiatives and are able to engage their teams to embrace change.
- Conduct regular formal and informal check-ins with all Operations Managers to track progress against business and developmental goals and company KPIs.
- Lead initiatives to improve performance measures (e.g. workflow, Net Promoter Score, client expectations, etc.) by coaching Operations Managers to identify and address root-cause barriers to success.
- Leads collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into clinical operations

We are looking for someone with:
- The ability to quickly make strategic decisions to address operational challenges.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of leaders to ensure operational success.
- Proven understanding and success in operational metrics and strategies across a large region.
- Experience in national healthcare delivery models and clinician network management.
- Proven track record of leading a large, geographically dispersed team of clinicians.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 7-10 years in a leadership role.
The base salary hiring range for this position is $122,400 to $221,300. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
