Requirements
  • You have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Graphic or Digital Experience Design
  • You've had 3+ years experience working as a designer, within a digital agency, or game studio experience
  • You're multi-talented and able to work on a variety of design tasks during both the production and concept stages of projects
  • You've worked on youth, educational, and entertainment brands
  • You have advanced knowledge of Adobe CS tools and excel in digital illustration and image manipulation
  • You have advanced experience using Figma to create wireframes, flows, and design systems
  • You've got a reputation for effectively managing multiple design deliverables while adhering to established design and brand standards, timelines, budgets
  • You always maintain communication and demonstrate a keen attention to detail
  • You're agile, flexible, and curious. Whether it's developing new brands and marketing collateral to designing websites, apps, or games - you're confident that you can get it done, and have fun doing it!
  • Reporting to the Art Director, you'll work with clients and strategists to understand client needs, requirements and visions
  • You'll translate these into creative concepts and design deliverables that are intuitive and engaging, helping to drive their customer objectives
  • You will work through multiple approval processes and often work with several key stakeholders within and outside the organization to deliver a final design
  • You use your well-honed communication skills to succinctly convey ideas, design decisions, and technical considerations to teammates and clients alike
  • You'll manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and accountabilities of multiple projects at the same time
  • You'll ask the right questions, research, and sometimes run with limited information
  • You'll tap into your passion for all things design to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date on technology and design trends
