Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience including creating and executing recruiting strategies focused on building diverse talent pipelines
  • Experience developing DEI programs with measurable results
  • Knowledge of diversity recruiting best practices and trends
  • Strategic and analytical problem solver; excellent skills in interpreting data and reporting trends.
  • Experience building deep cross functional relationships and influencing across all levels from individual contributor to executive.
  • Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and event management skills
  • Workday or other enterprise HRIS experience a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of the overall Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and progress throughout the organization.
  • Develop and manage sourcing and recruitment partnerships to build diverse talent networks.
  • Maintain close relationships and ensure a regular cadence of communication with recruiting leaders and the DEI Committee to drive diversity recruiting initiatives and programs.
  • Partner closely with recruiting managers to develop strategies to reinforce or implement inclusive practices throughout the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team members to outline and achieve DEI objectives.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and the DEI Committee to drive adoption and change management needs.
  • Partner with Affinity Groups and work with the DEI team to align Affinity Groups to the wider DEI Strategy.
  • Partner with the Communications team to maximize impact of initiatives and keep the company informed of progress.
  • Proactively pursue, engage with, assess and recommend potential programs, partnerships and tools to build the representation of various demographic groups within Invenergy’s talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Invenergy’s Affinity Groups to identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry and professional associations, universities, etc.
  • Engage with underrepresented populations through consistent and meaningful outreach and initiatives on social media, networking events, and other programs to build and champion Invenergy’s talent brand.
  • Identify, engage and nurture a network of diverse candidates through sourcing channels, partnerships and events.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with external partnership stakeholders and events in conjunction with Culture & Organizational Effectiveness team.
  • Develop methods to effectively measure success of DEI strategies and initiatives.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives and programs.
  • In partnership with key internal stakeholders, track diversity and inclusion goals, progress, and outcomes to be shared with leadership and internal stakeholders.
