Responsibilities
  • Leverages deep knowledge to shape and align a long-term product vision for performance in EG’s traveller-facing experiences
  • Drives the creation of a global roadmap for performance across teams, devices and brands, ensuring cross-functional buy-in
  • Works with engineering leaders to drive latency improvements across the EG landscape, including platform and domains services
  • Advocates for improving technical gaps and the architecture in support of performance
  • Coach product managers across teams on best practices, measurement and the value of performance
  • Monitors research and industry trends to spark innovative product ideas for EG to pursue
  • Combines technical best practices with an intuitive user experience, taking a traveller-centric approach to performance
  • Drives the maturity of performance data, metric definition and value articulation, in partnership with Product Analytics
  • Resolves escalations across workstreams to ensure performance initiatives remain prioritised and teams are clear of the business value of performance
