Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a designated business problem, tasked with devising innovative solutions throughout the summer internship.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team, leveraging their collective expertise to develop a comprehensive business case for the identified solution.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify pain points and challenges faced by customers in the relevant market segment.
  • Engage with senior leaders within the company, presenting findings and recommendations to showcase the depth of understanding and creativity applied to the project.
  • Fully demonstrate creativity by tackling challenges such as optimizing enrollment funnels for Chat-GPT/Gen AI technologies or devising a compelling value proposition for launching a new membership model focused on home consumer replenishment needs.
  • Exercise unlimited creativity within the defined scope of the internship, ensuring a balance between innovative thinking and practical application.
  • Drive innovation by brainstorming and conceptualizing creative solutions that directly address customer pain points and enhance their overall experience.
  • Develop and refine project management skills by navigating the challenges of a bounded scope while delivering a high-quality business case by the end of the internship.
