Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for a great stay
  • Primarily work in front office operations with training extended to concierge services and reservations
  • Work across a rotating roster to develop a broad skill set
  • Support other departments when needed, including housekeeping or events
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork and guest-centered service
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience using Opera or working in a similar role is a plus
