- Research code and jurisdictional regulations, products, sustainable criteria, and construction methods
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for schematic design, design development, and/or construction documents and oversee compliance with Revit standards
- Respond to plan check comments and attend plan review meetings
- Support Project Leaders in the review of construction phase submittals and the response to Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Perform construction field site visits to review mechanical system installation
- Participate in the integrated design process, working with other disciplines at LPA, and resolve issues with mechanical components
- Continued development of mechanical system knowledge through training and self-guided research
- Develop and update tools and standards to increase personal and team productivity
