Responsibilities
- Learn the details of our partner integrations
- Become fluent with the ad serving technology
- Understand the requirements for activation for all programmatic deals
- Become fluent in data analysis and reporting tools for revenue and campaign reporting
- Understanding the business model for OOH & DOOH
- Be responsible for all aspects of campaign activation and campaign management
- Lead the creative approval process and campaign fulfillment including photograph requests
- Drive operations to align to the programmatic strategic initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain internal relationships with sales, product and engineering teams collaborating towards a common goal
- Support sales and partnership teams across both the pre and post sales workflows including participation in kick off calls leading the communication of ad specs, collection of assets, detailed media QA, and campaign launch
- Serve as technical point of contact for programmatic team
- Be an expert in our programmatic offering, ad serving and partnerships
- Provide yield management insight based on campaign data and auction dynamics
- Collaborate closely with Intersection's product and engineering teams to develop new features and products that support programmatic sales and/or operations efforts
- Provide client and partner feedback in an effort to enhance overall offering
- Troubleshoot potential campaign issues and assisting engineering teams when issues are escalated
- Primary point of contact for all programmatic technical issues and client support
- Cultivate relationships with partners and programmatic clients and traders
- You have 2-4 years experience in the Media/Advertising industry in a technical capacity and understand how digital advertising campaigns are delivered
- Broadsign ad server and digital out of home experience a plus
- Fluent with the programmatic and ad technology landscape and how platforms communicate with each other
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects with great attention to detail and can identify and resolve errors
- Experience working with data tools such as Looker/Tableau or constructing SQL/SQL-like queries
- Natural curiosity of how things work and can quickly learn new technologies and tools
- BS/BA degree
