Job Description:
As a Configuration Consultant at CoreLogic, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our SAAS platforms to exceed client expectations. Your mission: to turn client standards and visions into reality by configuring our systems to drive maximum ROI and deliver unparalleled value.
Key Responsibilities:
Transforming Vision into Reality: Take client guidelines and turn them into powerful equations that fuel our SAAS platform’s rules engine, making magic happen with technology.
Client Collaboration: Be the bridge between clients and our platform, participating in client meetings to be a consultant on the capabilities of the system, answer questions, gather feedback, suggest solutions, and ensure the effectiveness of our programs.
Quality Configurations: Execute internal processes with precision, from client onboarding to ongoing program maintenance and management, ensuring top-notch service.
Implementation Mastery: Collaborate with clients, workstream leaders, and project participants to develop and execute plans, ensuring key deliverables and go-live dates are met with excellence.
Job Qualifications:
Requirements:
Experience Matters: 2+ years of configuration analyst or similar experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Skilled Communicator: Experience discussing problem statements with stakeholders, discussing system capabilities, and bringing solution suggestions to the table.
Requirements: Programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, JSON, C#, or similar skills) required. XML and SQL experience also required.
Independent Dynamo: Showcase excellent time management skills, independently driving projects to completion with a touch of your magic.
Team Player: Collaborate with team members to learn and also teach new skills.
Sharp Thinking: Harness your solid critical thinking skills and unwavering attention to detail to create solutions that stand out.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with database structures and exposure to software development concepts is essential.
Educational Background: Candidates with Business or STEM majors typically shine in this role, bringing diverse expertise to the table.
Bonus Points: Basic knowledge of construction, roofing, or property estimating software is a plus.
