What You’ll Do

Come join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time the remainder of your time.

Provides administrative support to executive and team.
Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations.
Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Types memos, letters, e-mails, faxes, and creates expense reports.
Ensures that all invoices and expenses are submitted on time..
Makes travel arrangements and coordinates meetings and answers phones upon request.

What You Bring

BS with 3+ years of experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, vendors, visitors, and other dignitaries or MS with 1+ years of experience preferred.
Basic requirements is good communication and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
Korean language fluency preferred.

Base Pay Range

$73,100—$98,900 USD
