  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in-house, managing large-scale or D2C SEO initiatives.

  • Experience working on SEM strategy and how it complements SEO efforts.

  • ASO experience in gaming or entertainment apps is a strong plus.
  • Strong communicator who can advocate for SEO and educate stakeholders across disciplines.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and own Scopely's SEO strategy and execution to grow organic web traffic across D2C initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities, build roadmaps, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Brand teams to implement scalable SEO solutions.
  • Push for the right resourcing and technical prioritization needed for impactful SEO work.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimizations, and link-building strategies.
  • Drive and manage online reputation management (ORM) projects to strengthen Scopely’s presence on search engines.
  • Partner with SEM leads to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies.
  • Educate internal teams on SEO best practices, industry trends, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Support the ASO team by developing and executing App Store Optimization strategies across Scopely’s game portfolio​.
  • Perform keyword analysis, creative A/B testing, and metadata optimization for mobile app stores (Apple App Store & Google Play Store).
  • Track and report on search rankings, conversion rates, and organic install KPIs.
  • Stay updated with app store algorithm changes and platform innovations such as Custom Store Listings, Product Page Optimization, and more.
  • Coordinate closely with Publishing, UA, Product Marketing, and Live Ops teams to ensure ASO strategies align with broader growth initiatives.

Scopely Appoints Shlomi Aizenberg As Chief Business Officer

Scopely announced that Shlomi Aizenberg has been appointed chief business officer of the mobile gaming company. Scopely, which is owned by Savvy Games Group, has been on a roll with $5 billion in revenues from Monopoly Go. The game was in the works for seven years at Scopely, but it generated $2 billion in revenue in its first 10 months on the market. This, in turn, has enabled Scopely to make acquisitions such as its $3.5 billion purchase of Niantic.
