  • Deep familiarity with and excitement for the financial industry. FinTech, RegTech and Compliance are all big pluses, but not 100% necessary to be familiar with!
  • Experience owning the end-to-end partnership process, from idea through delivery to market
  • Experience with product integration and reseller partnerships
  • Help define what Partnerships mean to a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS company in the FinTech / compliance space. We do have a few existing partnerships which you'll immediately take over and own, but you're mostly excited about building from the ground up
  • Focus on a breadth of practice areas within Partnerships. There's a lot to be done on both the reseller and product partnerships aspect of things, and while you might not be an expert in all of it, you're excited about taking it on and thinking through all sorts of problems
  • Develop big-picture plans, and help execute on them. We're looking for the unique individual who loves to think about long-term implications and 5000-foot views, and who also doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and doing what it takes to achieve the results we know we can
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. You understand that Partnerships is one of the most highly collaborative and cross-functional practice areas out there. You'll sit at the cross-section between Product, Sales and Marketing and you're passionate about working with all of these groups
