Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher
  • Previous work or classroom experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development
  • Previous Private Debt & Equity internship and/or relevant project experience
  • Broad knowledge of investments, understanding of economic forces affecting industries, proficiency in accounting, strong financial modeling skills, and intellectual curiosity
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate direct private equity and debt investment opportunities
  • Assist in analyzing, modeling, and monitoring investments
  • Develop cash flow models, investment theses, and risk analyses
  • Coordinate and communicate with corporate executives
  • Present investment opportunities to senior members
  • Engage with Private Equity partners
  • Succeed in a high-volume, lean deal team environment
