Aesthetic Clinic Manager 

Location:  Aspen Grove Drive - Franklin, TN

Job Type: Full-time, minimum of 40+ hours a week. 

Compensation: $62,000 - $67,000 + (Bonus Potential)

Schedule/Availability: Full availability (including weekends). Clinic operating hours as posted on website, could also include mall holiday extended hours if within a mall location.

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed. 

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: 

• Requires repetitive movement and standing for long periods of time.
• This work is performed in a retail environment that requires the ability to walk short distances, lift and carry inventory, and move clinic equipment.
• Regularly required to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 25lbs.
• Frequently talking and listening to clients in person and on phone.  
• Requires the ability to operate medical devices that provide laser and thermo services, as well as standard office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.  
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. 

About This Exciting Role: 

The Aesthetic Clinic Manager will lead the sales strategies and day-to-day management of one of our Skin Laundry clinics. As the Aesthetic Clinic Manager, you will work directly with your team to coach, mentor, and inspire to ensure successful sales & client retention strategies, customer service-related initiatives, and clinic operations. You are a person who is inspired to lead by example to ensure that your team is motivated to create top-notch client experiences. As the Aesthetic Clinic Manager, you are a heart-lead leader who also has a passion for creating metric-based sales strategies. The Aesthetic Clinic Manager will also jump in to assist in providing services as needed to support the team efficacy.

Reports To: Regional Director

Required experience: 

• Aesthetician: 2 years 
• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment

Required license or certification: 

• Current State Aesthetician License
• Diplomas, certificates or professional degrees from bona fide training program(s)
• Documentation of specific training or education with respect to lasers and the other treatments (including certifications that SLH provides through its laser training program) should suffice.
• LSO (Laser Safety Officer) a plus

Responsibilities Include:  

Sales & Sales Strategy 

• Establish and lead the execution of the brand’s business strategies to drive store Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results to maximize performance and achieve sales plans and goals.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, to build brand awareness and to drive sales and traffic through market outreach and effective in-store events.
• Working directly with clients to sell memberships and products. 

People Leadership 

• Hire, develop, and motivate a magnetic team. 
• Coach and give feedback as necessary for all team members. Provide weekly one-on-one check ins with teammates, focusing on developing strengths and overcoming obstacles.
• Lead your team to deliver excellent customer experience and meet service and retail sales targets.
• Provide regular team check ins to discuss business updates, obstacles/challenges and opportunities.
• Evaluate and manage employee performance and implement individualized career development plans. 

Clinic Operations 

• Ensure all store operations are consistent and flawless; people policies and standards are practiced and upheld.
• Develop monthly, weekly, and daily clinic action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure coverage of the clinic is fully staffed.
• Effectively manage inventory and forecasting for future service and retail needs.
• Address client issues and queries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
• Effectively create and manage team schedules to meet client needs, while achieving clinic financial targets.

About you: 

• You have a minimum of 3 -5 years of management experience in a retail environment. 
• Current State Aesthetician License (Laser Certification preferred)
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics preferred
• You have a passion for offering accessible and inclusive beauty treatments. 
• You rock the foundations with a proficiency of Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.
• You are a business strategist - you can seamlessly maneuver through day-to-day tactics and exhibit exceptional customer service and outreach, while driving your clinic to the next level.
