Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience of SOX or internal audit experience, preferably in consulting
  • Knowledge of SOX requirements, internal controls, business process, and SOX testing experience required
  • Project management skillset across multiple workstreams simultaneously required
  • Dedicated team player who is able to withstand the high demands of a business-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Highly organized, results driven, problem solver, and collaborator
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the SOX compliance effort to include planning, logistics, and execution of scoping, design testing, and operating effectiveness testing of ITGCs, business controls, and ELCs
  • Collaborate with the Flutter Internal Controls team and FanDuel control owners to effectively implement SOX compliance best practices and strengthen FanDuel’s SOX control environment
  • Track and manage enterprise-wide SOX deficiencies and process improvements from inception, through remediation and completion
  • Provide recurring updates to Senior Leadership documenting progress regarding strategic initiatives, key business objectives, and recent accomplishments related to the Flutter US listing
  • Document and oversee the quarterly SOX certification process
  • Serve as a SOX point of contact for Flutter Internal Controls, FanDuel business and control owners, and external audit
